Refunds:
- All new users start with a free 14-day trial. No payment or subscription is required during the trial period.
- Once you upgrade from the trial, a paid subscription will begin, processed securely via our payment partner, Paddle, and billed monthly.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
- If you wish to request a refund after starting a paid subscription, please contact our support team first. Refunds can only be processed through ExpandUps via Paddle and are not handled automatically.
Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller. Paddle’s refund policies also apply and may require that you request your refund through Paddle directly.
